Specimens of Bimetallic Tube
WHY THE DESIGNERS OF HEAT EXCHANGERS SHOULD BE CHOOSE OUR BIMETALLIC TUBES
We start now to give you one simple reason why:
The special anticorrosion material normally is very expensive. With the solution of Bimetallic Tubes we have a tube realized with two tubes in different material, and we can choose the most correct anticorrosion material in direct contact with the corrosion liquid or steam.
Without modify the final thickness of the tube, we can choose the inner and outer tube's thickness that must be bonded perfectly to guarantee the same heat flow rate of the same entire tube.
The tube in contact with the corrosion liquid can be very thin because needs to guarantee only the corrosion resistant, leaving to the other tube to support the pressure.
In this case with ours Bimetallic Tubes we can reduce at the same time the production cost respect to have an entire thickness tube with anticorrosion material increasing the live of heat exchanger and reducing the maintenance cost.
